Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Global Digital Shelf Optimisation Manager in content syndication, attend customer meetings to understand retailer needs, and upload content to retailers without PIM and ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimisation Manager in content syndication and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content to retailers.
- Attend customer meetings to understand retailer needs and preferences.
- Upload content to retailers without PIM and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to improve search share and optimize digital shelf performance.
- Report using Profitero digital shelf tool for optimization and provide insights to commercial teams.
- Manage content briefs and actions through agencies and ensure seamless execution.
- Support commercial teams with digital shelf insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate D2C site activities across markets and brands, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Assist with SEO and eCRM tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct site data analysis and offer recommendations to improve digital shelf performance.
- Coordinate forecasts and financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage budgets, invoices, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop expertise in product categories and market trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
- Understanding of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks, including e-commerce and digital marketing principles.
- Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Experience in brand marketing or e-commerce teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite, with basic knowledge of CX/UX/UI principles.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Full driving license and passport, with the ability to travel as required.
