About the Role

ADM is seeking a skilled Digital Commerce Assistant to support our Global Digital Shelf Optimisation Manager in content syndication. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer-centric approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimisation Manager in content syndication.
  • Attend customer meetings to understand retailer needs and requirements.
  • Upload content to retailers where PIM is not available and ensure right-first-time delivery.
  • Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimisation Manager with regular analysis of share of search and recommendations for improvement.
  • Regularly report using Profitero digital shelf tool to inform cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimisation Manager with content briefs and manage actions through agencies.
  • Support commercial teams with data and insights relevant to digital shelf.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for each D2C site internally and externally across multiple markets and brands.
  • Support the D2C Manager with executional tasks on SEO and eCRM.
  • Provide weekly inputs and analysis of site data, bringing insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Support the D2C Manager in coordinating forecasts for each site and inputting into the S&OP process.
  • Invoice and reconcile budgets and P&Ls.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of product categories, key competitors, and market trends.

About You

  • You have knowledge of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks, with experience working with digital shelf tools.
  • You have a keen interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer-centric approaches.
  • You have experience in brand marketing teams or digital/eCommerce teams in an assistant manager capacity.
  • You are a team player, organized, and proactive.
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • You have strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You have experience with Google Suite (Search Console, Analytics, Merchant Centre).
  • You have a basic understanding of CX/UX/UI.
  • You can demonstrate self-motivation and a willingness to upskill.
  • You hold a full driving license and passport.
