Job Description

As a Digital Commerce Assistant, you'll play a key role in driving our digital shelf optimization efforts, working closely with our Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager to ensure our products are showcased in the best possible light across various retailers and markets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication, ensuring our products are accurately represented across multiple channels.
  • Attend customer meetings with the DSO Manager and/or account teams to understand retailer needs and requirements, providing valuable insights to inform our digital shelf optimization strategies.
  • Upload content to retailers where PIM is not available, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Support the DSO Manager in regular analysis of share of search and recommendations/actions to improve our digital shelf presence.
  • Regularly report using Profitero's digital shelf tool, feeding into cross-functional teams to optimize our digital shelf performance.
  • Support the DSO Manager with content briefs and manage actions through agencies, ensuring our digital shelf content is always on-brand and on-message.
  • Support commercial teams with data and insights relevant to digital shelf, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for each D2C site internally and externally across multiple markets and brands, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support the D2C Manager with executional tasks on SEO and eCRM, driving our digital marketing efforts forward.
  • Provide weekly inputs and analysis of site data, bringing valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Support the D2C Manager in coordinating forecasts for each site and inputting into the S&OP process, ensuring our business is always aligned with our goals.
  • Invoice and reconcile budgets and P&Ls, ensuring our financials are always accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring our digital shelf optimization efforts are always aligned with our business objectives.
  • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of product categories, key competitors, and market trends, staying ahead of the curve in our industry.
Your Profile
  • Knowledge of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks, with experience working with digital shelf tools a plus.
  • Keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer-centricity.
  • Experience in brand marketing teams as a Marketing Executive/Assistant or Assistant Brand Manager, or in digital/e-commerce teams in an assistant manager capacity.
  • Team player, organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience of Google Suite (Search Console, Analytics, Merchant Centre) a plus.
  • Basic understanding of CX/UX/UI, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to self-motivate and upskill, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A full driving license and passport, with the ability to travel as required.
