Your Responsibilities- Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand retailer needs and requirements, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Upload content to retailers where PIM is not available, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to regular analysis of share of search and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital shelf performance.
- Develop and maintain reports using Profitero digital shelf tool, feeding into cross-functional teams for optimization.
- Support the DSO Manager in content briefs and manage actions through agencies, ensuring timely execution.
- Provide data and insights to commercial teams to inform digital shelf strategies.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for each D2C site, ensuring seamless execution across multiple markets and brands.
- Support the D2C Manager in executional tasks on SEO and eCRM, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Contribute to weekly site data analysis, providing actionable recommendations to the team.
- Support the D2C Manager in coordinating forecasts for each site and inputting into S&OP process.
- Manage invoicing and reconciliation for budgets and P&Ls, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving business growth through effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with product categories, key competitors, and market trends, informing digital shelf strategies.
- Knowledge of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks, with experience working with digital shelf tools a plus.
- Keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer-centricity.
- Experience in brand marketing teams or digital/e-commerce teams, with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Basic understanding of CX/UX/UI principles.
- Ability to self-motivate and upskill, with a growth mindset.
- Full driving license and passport.
