Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication, attend customer meetings, and upload content to retailers. The role will also involve regular analysis of share of search and recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication and uploading content to retailers.
  • Attend customer meetings to understand retailer needs and requirements.
  • Regularly analyze share of search and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the DSO Manager with regular reporting using Profitero digital shelf tool.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for each D2C site internally and externally across multiple markets and brands.
  • Support the D2C Manager with executional tasks on SEO and eCRM.
  • Provide weekly inputs and analysis of site data to the team.
  • Support the D2C Manager with forecasting and inputting into the S&OP process.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks.
  • Experience in brand marketing teams or digital/e-commerce teams.
  • Team player, organized, proactive.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Search Console, Analytics, Merchant Centre).
  • Basic understanding of CX/UX/UI.
