Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calls on our system
* Manage operatives' diaries
* General administration
* Plan repairs and maintenance requests
* Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
* Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients
* Document control
* Work towards individual and client KPIs
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding role
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience in a similar role
