We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls, where you will have the opportunity to shape energy strategies, develop roadmaps for future proofing systems, and provide high-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project specifications and designs to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Validate assumptions made during solution design to guarantee optimal results
  • Create detailed cost estimates and scopes of work for assigned projects
  • Prepare proposals and customer communication documents to effectively convey our vision

We require:

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A valid CSCS site card and SSSTS certification
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively
  • GCSE 'O' level pass grade and/or electrical/electronic NVQ qualifications as a foundation for your expertise
  • Experience in creating/updating graphics, setting workstations and networks into operation, configuring controllers and actuators, HVAC knowledge/experience, fault finding in electrical starter/controls circuits, and variable speed drives
  • Familiarity with BMS industry standards protocols
  • Proven experience working on small to medium-size existing Service projects and small construction site projects
  • Willingness to travel outside Scotland when necessary
