Job Title: Children's Healthcare Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to provide around the clock support to an individual in Weymouth. This role requires full management of a tracheostomy and future PEG insertion.

Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all facets of daily living, including clinical tasks when needed. You will foster a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times. Effective communication with the individual and other team members is crucial, as is adhering to care plans and guidelines provided.

Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
