About the Opportunity
Join Flok Health as a Senior Fullstack Engineer and take ownership of shaping our software team's direction as we grow. This is an exciting chance to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new features to improving existing ones. As a senior member of our team, you'll be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, driving technology decisions, and ensuring our software applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Python and JavaScript
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of our software team
* Drive technology decisions and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a similar role
* Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript, including knowledge of relevant frameworks and libraries
* Experience with cloud-based technologies and containerization (e.g., Docker)
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various disciplines

Bonus Points
* Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical device development)
* Knowledge of mobile app development (iOS, Android) or real-time technologies (WebRTC)
* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma)
* Experience with DSLs or compilers
