Industrial Facilities Design Specialist

This role involves designing optimized industrial and commercial facilities, developing HVAC and mechanical systems, and acting as Engineer of Record to seal drawings for building permits.
We are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer with strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, and experience in the food and beverage industry is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial and industrial building projects, evaluating and interpreting project requirements to develop innovative solutions for clients.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards for a mechanical engineer with similar experience. This is a hybrid schedule role with 10-20% travel for project presentations across Canada.
