Assistant Learning Support Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Learning Support Area Manager. This role is a key part of our special educational needs provision, supporting the achievement of all students.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the management of special educational needs provision, working closely with our SENDCo.
- Deploy a team of Teaching Assistants, ensuring effective support for students with a range of special educational needs.
- Attend meetings with outside agencies and parents, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
- Arrange and oversee student assessments, providing valuable insights into student progress.
- Work with small groups of students, providing targeted support to enhance their learning experience.
- Undertake related administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our special educational needs provision.
