Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to support students with special educational needs
- Deploy and manage a team of Teaching Assistants to provide targeted support to students
- Attend meetings with outside agencies and parents to discuss student progress and needs
- Arrange and oversee student assessments to inform teaching and learning
- Work with small groups of students to provide targeted support and interventions
- Assist with administrative duties related to special educational needs provision
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of special educational needs and a proven track record of supporting students with a range of needs. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
