Academics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team in Tilehurst. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized support to students throughout the school day
  • Participating in targeted interventions and concentrated support sessions
  • Modifying learning materials and classwork to meet students' needs
  • Serving as a positive role model and promoting students' independence
  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment for students to express themselves
Collaborative Approach:

Academics values a collaborative approach to education, working closely with parents, educational professionals, and experts on site. The Learning Support Assistant will participate in team meetings with teachers, therapists, and educational psychologists to develop tailored education plans for individual students.

Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
  • Daily rate: £80-£90
  • Based in Tilehurst
