Salary and Benefits

The salary for this Advanced Clinical Practitioner position is £48,526 - £65,262 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including learning and development time, a Golden Hello welcome bonus, initial starting offer of 36 Annual leave days, and career and pay progression through a clinical competency framework.

Benefits include Learning and Development time (5% of weekly hours), Golden Hello (£3000 Welcome Bonus), Initial starting offer of 36 Annual leave days, and Buy back AL scheme. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (equivalent or higher) and be registered as a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist. You should also have clinical skills qualification at degree level, evidence of completion of study in minor illness, Independent prescriber, evidence of study in minor injury or willingness to develop these skills, evidence of completion of study in paediatric minor illness or willingness to develop these skills, and evidence of study in paediatric minor injury or willingness to develop these skills.
