Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Totally plc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to take on an expanded role within Primary Care.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) and be registered as a Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist. As an ACP, you will support existing clinical care to enhance the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess health and clinical needs of patients
- Undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner
- Use advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
- Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Clinical skills qualification at degree level
- Evidence of completion of study in minor illness
- Independent prescriber
Benefits:
- Annual salary: £42,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
