Health and Social Care Professional Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Care and Community Training Specialist to join our team at Bradcare Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care and the ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
As a Care and Community Training Specialist, you will play a key role in developing the skills of our learners, helping them to achieve their career goals and make a positive impact in the community. Your expertise and passion for health and social care will inspire our learners to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Training Sessions: Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions that meet the needs of our learners and are aligned with the curriculum requirements.
- Assess and Support Learners: Assess the abilities of our learners and provide individualized support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
- Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of our learners, providing feedback and implementing strategies to address areas of weakness or underperformance.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with other team members to share best practices, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of learners' attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching and Learning Qualification: A minimum of a Level 3 teaching and learning qualification such as AET or PTLLS, or willingness to work towards this level.
- Subject Specialism: A Level 4 or above subject specialism in health and social care.
- GCSEs in English and Maths: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English language and mathematics.
- Driving License: A full driving license.
