At Care By Us Ltd, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes or community settings
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with complex medical conditions, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in complex care, preferably in a homecare or community setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus:
