As a Compassionate Caregiver at Anchor, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional care and support to our residents. We are committed to delivering high-quality services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for providing person-centered care. As a Compassionate Caregiver, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide dignified personal care to residents, respecting their autonomy and individuality.
- Assist residents during mealtimes, ensuring they receive nourishing food and beverages in a safe environment.
- Offer sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of daily life, promoting independence and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
