About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Senior Care Manager to join our team at SCR.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of care professionals to deliver person-centered care
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
* Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care
