Regional Sales Director

A dynamic and challenging role has become available for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Southern European territories, including Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal.
This exciting opportunity is with a leading electrical connector design and manufacturer specializing in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to improve the sales process with direct customers and distributors.
- Develop and manage distribution networks across Europe, with a focus on the electronic component or electrical connector product base.
- Provide commercial and technical support to distributors, promoting product lines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the distribution network.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales development, distribution network management, and commercial and technical support.
