The Opportunity:

Our Pensions Management Consulting department has a strong reputation in the consulting industry and is recognized for delivering solutions to clients and ensuring effective management of pension schemes.

  • We provide a wide range of consultancy services to pension schemes of all shapes and sizes, advising both trustees and the employers that sponsor these pension schemes.
  • We build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their pension schemes operate at peak performance and members' pensions are secure.

Your Role:

As an analyst, you will be client-facing from day one, learning about how pension schemes operate while developing key consultancy skills.

  • To be involved in a broad mixture of client and non-client work
  • To join client teams of varying sizes, each made up of people ranging from analyst to partner level
  • To develop skills, knowledge, and understanding in all aspects of the pensions and benefits field
  • To participate in a training program covering technical, IT, and soft skills
  • To draft reports for trustees and employers
  • To prepare project plans and keep key stakeholders updated and accountable
