Our portfolio boasts private label customers and our own branded division.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, resolving queries, and working closely with the accounts team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and resolve any post-delivery invoice queries
- Work collaboratively with the accounts team to resolve overdue payments
- Process new sales leads and assign new customers to agents
- Update weekly stock sold-out lists and forward to agents and the sales office
- Build and maintain customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at tradeshows
- Provide personalized communication and great customer service while exceeding expectations
- Ensure all areas of administration are prepared for key trading events in the calendar
- Provide data and reports to support the Head of Sales, Sales Executive, and Senior Sales Coordinator
- Share feedback from agents and customers to help product reviews, stock issues, and non-sales related issues
- Assist with preparation and attend tradeshows as required
Requirements:
- Experience working in a sales or office environment (desirable)
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with a sales order processing system (desirable, but full training can be given)
- Confident and friendly approach to dealing with customers over the telephone and face-to-face
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work proactively
- Team player
- Positive can-do approach
- Must live within an easily commutable distance and drive
Benefits:
