Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at North Oak Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts and develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead a team of IFA professionals and cultivate strong client relationships to drive growth of the client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing and sales.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new financial advisers.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of developing and executing marketing strategies within the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in developing and working with professional connections.
  • A hands-on approach is a must for this role.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent. A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, pensions, and insurance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
