Location: Hybrid, Leicester office 2 days a week

Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a ringfenced set of business development accounts, focusing on renewing existing business and generating new sales from these accounts, plus securing new clients.
- Making outbound calls to current clients to upsell and cross-sell (no cold calling).
- Logging activity and maintaining up-to-date client information within Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
- Delivering achievable sales targets with enthusiasm and adaptability.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A positive mindset and the ability to stay motivated in a challenging sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business platforms.
- Strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
It would be great if you also have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous sales experience or experience with outbound client management.
