TeleSales Executive

We are seeking an experienced TeleSales Executive to join our team at Oakmoor Recruitment. This role involves engaging with new employers to establish training needs, generating appointments for 16-18 Trainees or Apprentices, and follow up mailshots. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets and thrive in a results-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Establishing relationships with new employers to identify their training needs.
  • Generating Appointments: Booking meetings for sales staff with potential clients.
  • Follow-up Mailshots: Responding promptly to inbound requests and following up on leads.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records and producing reports as required.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
