Job Title: Clinical Oncologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Oncologist Specialist to join our team at Medacs. As a Clinical Oncologist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with gynaecological cancers.

About the Role

This is a locum consultant position, working Monday to Friday, with flexible hours considered. The ideal candidate will have experience in gynaecological oncology and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care to patients with gynaecological cancers, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in gynaecological oncology and implement best practices in care.
Requirements
  • Be a GMC registered Doctor with experience in gynaecological oncology.
  • Have a strong understanding of gynaecological cancers and their treatment options.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
