Job Title: Head of Indirect Sales

Salary:£70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sherborne Talent Solutions as the Head of Indirect Sales, responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive growth through strategic partnerships with resellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing relationships with key reseller partners to drive sales
  • Designing and implementing onboarding programs for new partners
  • Providing training and support to resellers to enhance their understanding of our products and solutions
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Working closely with internal teams to align indirect sales strategies with broader business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel sales with a strong background in reseller networks
  • Demonstrated ability to support and drive partner success through training and collaboration
  • Familiarity with technology products and solutions, including SaaS
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per week across the UK and Ireland
