About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sherborne Talent Solutions as the Head of Indirect Sales, responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive growth through strategic partnerships with resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing relationships with key reseller partners to drive sales
- Designing and implementing onboarding programs for new partners
- Providing training and support to resellers to enhance their understanding of our products and solutions
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Working closely with internal teams to align indirect sales strategies with broader business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales with a strong background in reseller networks
- Demonstrated ability to support and drive partner success through training and collaboration
- Familiarity with technology products and solutions, including SaaS
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset
- Ability to travel 2-3 days per week across the UK and Ireland
