At Leaders in Care, we are seeking an experienced practitioner/manager to join our team as a Service Development Lead. This is a permanent position based on the South Coast, offering a unique opportunity to focus on developing practice within our service to achieve outstanding results.

You will be responsible for leading a team in the Pathways Through Care service, which includes Children in Care, Care Leavers, Fostering, and Placements. Your leadership will play a vital role in driving development and improvement within the service.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £61,658, hybrid working arrangements, and 25 days annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays. You will also benefit from being part of a close-knit team and a supportive senior management team.
