Service Manager Job Description
Bethphage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to lead our services in Oswestry and Shrewsbury. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.
About You
- You will have significant experience in the adult care sector, preferably in a leadership role
- You will have a strong understanding of person-centred care principles and practices
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team
- You will have good IT skills and the ability to use software applications relevant to the role
- You will hold a driver's license and have access to a vehicle
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of our services in Oswestry and Shrewsbury
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to our clients
- Manage a team of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to deliver high-quality care
- Work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure our services meet their needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Significant experience in the adult care sector, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of person-centred care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
