About You

  • You will have significant experience in the adult care sector, preferably in a leadership role
  • You will have a strong understanding of person-centred care principles and practices
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You will have good IT skills and the ability to use software applications relevant to the role
  • You will hold a driver's license and have access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of our services in Oswestry and Shrewsbury
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to our clients
  • Manage a team of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to deliver high-quality care
  • Work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure our services meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the adult care sector, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care principles and practices
