Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Research Fellow in Dermatology to join our team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Dermatology Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of dermatological research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients in Yeovil District Hospital and/or Musgrove Park Hospital, working closely with Consultant colleagues in the Dermatology Service.
  • Participate in the teaching of foundation and doctors-in-training in clinic, as well as medical students.
  • Evidence of commitment to Continuing Professional Development, with a willingness to undertake relevant courses.
  • Experience of working in the UK or EU healthcare system, or equivalent.
  • Completed Foundation Year 1 and 2 levels in the UK, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience post-graduate training.
  • Driving licence or ability to travel between sites.
Requirements
  • Evidence of commitment to pursuing a career in Dermatology.
  • Evidence of interest and experience in teaching appropriate to Medical students and Doctors in training and the multidisciplinary team.
