Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Oncology Research Fellow to join our thriving Dermatology service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, conducting research, and teaching medical students and doctors in training.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work full-time in Dermatology, with the aim of becoming competitive for a national dermatology training number.
  • Organize, manage, and be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in Yeovil District Hospital and/or Musgrove Park Hospital, in conjunction with Consultant colleagues in the Dermatology Service.
  • Participate in the teaching of foundation and doctors-in-training in clinic, as well as medical students.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with existing staff members.
  • Attend other Hospitals within the Trust if so requested by the supervising Consultant.
  • Undertake additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
