We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Dermatology team as a Clinical Research Fellow. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing the field of dermatology through research.
Key Responsibilities- Work full-time in Dermatology, with the aim of becoming competitive for a national dermatology training number.
- Organise, manage, and be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in Yeovil District Hospital and/or Musgrove Park Hospital, in conjunction with Consultant colleagues in the Dermatology Service.
- Participate in the teaching of foundation and doctors-in-training in clinic, as well as medical students.
- Evidence of commitment to Continuing Professional Development - willingness to undertake relevant courses.
- Experience of working in the UK or EU or equivalent healthcare system other than a Clinical Attachment.
- Completed Foundation Year 1 level in the UK or equivalent.
- Completed Foundation Year 2 level in the UK or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience post-graduate training.
- MRCP II + PACES
- Evidence of commitment to pursue a career in Dermatology.
- Evidence of interest and experience in teaching appropriate to Medical students and Doctors in training and the multidisciplinary team.
