First Military Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency in Aldershot, and we are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team. As an entry-level account manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with local advertisers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Marketing Managers/owners of local businesses. You will also need to be highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying new business leads
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve individual targets
- Attending face-to-face meetings and presenting sales pitches
- Maintaining and developing existing business relationships
