About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Year 3 classes, developing engaging lesson plans, and implementing effective teaching strategies. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum materials, ensuring a cohesive and stimulating learning experience. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

What We Offer:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
