Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to lead our Maternity Service team. As a key member of our Women's Health division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and providing exceptional support to our clinical teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing administrative teams, with experience in recruitment, training, and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with NHS Trust policies.

As a leader in our organization, you will embody our Trust values and promote a culture of excellence, equality, and diversity. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and provide guidance and support to your team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Lead and develop a high-performing administrative team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with NHS Trust policies
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds
  • Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to improve service delivery
