Leadership Role in Supported Living Care

**Job Description**
We are committed to delivering exceptional care services to our service users, and this position plays a vital role in achieving that goal. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the Health, Nursing & Social Care industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage and lead a team of support staff to ensure they provide high-quality care to all service users.
* Ensure that all service users' needs are met and their care plans are up to date.
* Liaise with external agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure service users receive the appropriate care and support.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making changes where necessary.
* Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
The successful candidate will have a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations. They will also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
**Salary and Benefits**
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £12.72 per hour and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The role is full-time and permanent, and we offer a range of benefits to our employees.
