Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and provide emotional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Help clients with medication management and administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and our team, and be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team.
