About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Liaison Specialist to join our team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, landowners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Land Acquisition: Proactively engage with landowners to secure necessary consents and permissions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, occupiers, and agents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project activities, including site visits, record of conditions, and site meetings.
  • Compensation Claims: Assist in the settlement of compensation claims and maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a valid full UK driving licence.
  • Agricultural Knowledge: Have a good understanding of agricultural practices and rural affairs.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and organized, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
