Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead practice development and work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead practice development and implement evidence-based interventions
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver services and achieve outcomes
- Supervise and appraise junior staff, promoting professional development and growth
- Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
