Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Band 6 role at a fantastic Acute Hospital in Redditch.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in an acute hospital setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of patients with a range of conditions
- Utilize manual handling assessments and provide equipment to support patient mobility and independence
- Develop and implement early intervention and acute rehabilitation programs
- Full OT qualifications and registration with the HCPC
- Experience working in an acute hospital setting, with a focus on occupational therapy
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
