Special Educational Needs Teacher

Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Special Educational Needs Teacher to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
Job Description:
- Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and work collaboratively with the SENCO and support staff.
- Provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages the development of social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best possible support for each child.
- Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to meet diverse needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
