**Job Title:** Special Needs Teacher
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teacher to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a SEMH English Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities:- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with diverse special educational needs.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and support staff to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each child's unique requirements.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
- Able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
**Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
