About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our Accounts and Finance team in Ringwood. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments across the UK.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing development budgets and overseeing the CEM workflow
  • Reconciling bank statements and preparing 'Year End' accounts
  • Compiling Audit Files and supporting the Lodge Managers and Area Management teams
  • Preparing development budgets and dealing with homeowner queries

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly communication style, and experience in budgeting, accounts, and finance. A strong understanding of numerical data and attention to detail is essential, as well as previous experience using Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level.

About You

You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level C/5 in Maths and English. Previous experience of the Qube Property Management System would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 24 days annual holiday entitlement, free on-site parking, full training provided, and a Group Personal Pension Plan.
