- About the Role
- Churchill Estates Management are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our finance team at our Head Office in Ringwood. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for contacting customers and negotiating repayment plans when payments are overdue.
- Your Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to settle overdue accounts
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers
- Discuss account terms with customers
- Liaise with Solicitors to pass on unrecoverable debt
- Requirements
- Good experience in Accounts and Finance
- At least one year's experience as a Credit Controller
- Proven record of recovering aged debt balances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations and make sound decisions
