Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist to join our team at Red Sky Personnel. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to teams across multiple projects to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with site teams and managers to identify and mitigate hazards, and to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH general certificate or IOSH qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a similar HSEQ role, ideally within civil engineering or a related industry.
