Business Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Key Account Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Aspion Search. This role will involve developing and growing key accounts, working closely with our clients to identify new business opportunities and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

You will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also have a proven track record in business development, with the ability to work to pressurized targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
  • Obtain outbound calls to generate new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with competitors and industry trends.
  • Create and manage sales cycles, from initial enquiry to successful deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Ability to cold call and manage client relationships.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of sales software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Driven attitude and ability to work to targets.

Package Details:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Annual bonus scheme.
