Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Aspion Search, a leading metal stockholding business. The ideal candidate will have a background in telesales or lead generation and be passionate about driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metals sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Make outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
Salary Information: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, with additional incentives from day one.
Requirements:- A minimum of 1 year's proven sales experience preferred but not essential.
- The ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and initiating contact with potential clients.
- Ambitious, driven, and confident with a proactive approach to business development.
