Business Development & Relationship Manager

Join a highly regarded award-winning quality brand as a Business Development & Relationship Manager focused on Commercial and Bespoke insurance. As a key member of the Relationship Management Team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an existing portfolio of customers and attract new customers
  • Develop and implement plans to turn market potential into new business
  • Utilize the CRM database and create new prospecting strategies
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, team player attitude
  • Proven UK general insurance sales experience, especially commercial
  • Experience working in a face-to-face customer environment and holding client meetings
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Full UK Driver's license
