Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Relationship Management Team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an existing portfolio of customers and attract new customers
- Develop and implement plans to turn market potential into new business
- Utilize the CRM database and create new prospecting strategies
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, team player attitude
- Committed to learning and development, with a can-do approach
- Proven UK general insurance sales experience, especially commercial
- Experience working in a face-to-face customer environment and holding client meetings
- Effective negotiation skills and a full UK Driver's license
