Business Development & Relationship Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Relationship Manager to join our team at Tate Guildford. As a key member of our Commercial Insurance team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage an existing portfolio of customers and attract new customers
Requirements:
  • Proven UK general insurance sales experience, especially commercial
  • Experience of working in a face-to-face customer environment and holding client meetings
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Full UK Driver's license
